The Bangladesh Admin, as part of Shohoz Probash, oversees the comprehensive process of managing overseas employment. It begins by approving recruiting agencies from source countries, categorizing them by type and assigning ratings based on their performance. Once these agencies apply for registration, the system facilitates their onboarding, including the creation and management of official agencies such as the Bangladesh High Commission, medical centers, skill training centers, travel agencies, and call centers.
Additionally, the system handles job-related processes, starting with receiving pre-demand letters from employers in the hiring countries. AI is used to match these demands with worker data from the BMET database. Once a quota is received, notifications are sent to recruiting agencies. Worker distribution is automated and based on agency ratings and categories, ensuring fairness in the allocation process.
The Source Country Government collaborates with Bangladesh Admin to supply workers from the BMET data bank based on agency requirements and ratings. Once demand letters are approved by the Source Country High Commission, they are forwarded to the relevant recruiting agencies. Worker reports are collected and sent to employers to facilitate visa processing. Upon receipt of calling visas, all relevant documents are forwarded to the recruiting agency and immigration departments to finalize the process.
The system ensures smooth coordination between recruiting agencies, the Source Country Government, and employers. It streamlines the entire process from demand letters to visa issuance, ensuring all documentation is managed and transferred efficiently between the necessary parties.
